TAF液保存植物病原真菌标本初报

摘　　要：采集并选择病征显著,无杂菌的植物真菌病害新鲜标本,用刀片刮取病部的病原真菌,浸泡在TAF液中,装入青霉素小瓶内,置于室温下保存。通过定期镜检保存的真菌标本发现,使用TAF液保存病原真菌标本,比常规使用玻片保存真菌标本的时间长0 3～1 1倍,且标本的形态特征清晰,尤以接合菌亚门的匍枝根霉Rhizopusstolonifer和担子菌亚门的禾柄锈菌Pucciniagraminis的形态特征最清晰,保存8a后观察,病原真菌标本的形态特征完好如初。The steps of using TAF solution to preserve plant pathogen fungi are: the first step, collection and selection fresh plant fungous disease samples with sign from fields; then using blades to scrape the plant pathogen fungi from diseased tissues and dipping the plant pathogen fungi in TAF solution; the third step, putting TAF solution with the plant pathogen fungi in a ten-milliliter bottle with cover and preserving under room temperature. The fungi samples are regularly observed by microscope. The result indicates: the time of the fungi samples preserved in TAF solution is about 1.3 to 2.1 times as much as the fungi samples preserved on slide. The morphological character of fungi samples preserved in TAF solution is clearer than preserved on slide. After preserved eight years, the morphological characters of the plant fungi are the clearest, especially Rhizopus stolonifer and Puccinia graminis.
