摘 要:用经典的钼蓝比色法和改良的Lowry微量蛋白定量测定法测定了21例糖尿病患者及21例正常人的红细胞膜(Na^+,K^+)ATPase活性及13例糖尿病患者治疗前、后此酶活性的变化。结果是:糖尿病患者红细胞膜ATPase活性明显低于正常对照组;而在治疗前、后则无明显差异。体外试验表明:Ⅱ型糖尿病患者此酶活性减低与血糖和胰岛素浓度无关。We measured the Na-K-ATPase activity in erythrocyte membrane from 21 diabetic patients and 21 normal subjects with molybdenum blue colorimetry for inorganic phosphorus and Lowry's method for protein. Changes of this enzyme in erythrocyte membrane before and after treatment were also observed ia 13 diabetics. Our results demonstrated that the Na-K-ATPase activities in erythrocyte membrane from diabetic patients were lower than that from normal controls and no significant difference in Na-K-ATPase activity was observed before and after treatment in diabetics. Experiments in vitro revealed that lowered Na-K-ATPase activity in erythrocyte membrane from diabetics was not related to the serum insulin and glucose levels.
