摘　　要：不断深入的城市房屋拆迁运动暴露出若干问题,此次宪法修改给了人们认真审视和解决这些问题的良机。在宪法修改之后,城市房屋拆迁应当注意对公民私有财产权的保护,准确界定和衡量公共利益,给予公民充分、及时、有效的行政补偿。同时,通过适当、合理的拆迁行为对公民的人权加以尊重和保护。Some problems have been exposed during the movement of the removal of the urban houses. The modification of constitution have given us a good opportunity to review and solve these problems. After the modification of constitution, we should pay much attention to protecting the private possession rights of citizens, we should accurately define and measure the public benefits, giving the citizens full and valid administrative compensation on time,using the proper and rational removal behavior to respect and protect human rights of the citizens during the removal of urban houses.
