摘　　要：高科技企业的技术成果转化需要不断融资,高科技企业不仅要考虑资金来源,而且还要考虑融资成本。文章分析了高科技企业技术成果转化过程的资金需求,考察了不同的转化阶段的融资渠道和方式,研究了如何优化融资结构,使融资成本最小化。High-tech enterprises need constant funds to transform their technological achievements. They not only take sources of funds, but also costs of financing into their consideration. The paper analyzes the fund demands of the high-tech enterprises in the course of transforming technological achievements, investigates the channels and methods of financing at different stages, studies how to optimize financing structure so as to minimize the costs of financing.
