摘　　要：对中文图书采购实行招标方式的可行性、优越性进行了阐述,并分析了图书采购招标的特殊性及招标应遵循的基本原则。This paper analyzes the importance,feasibility and particularity of purchasing Chinese books by way of public bidding.The basic principles that should be followed in the process of public bidding have been proposed.
