摘　　要：我国加入WTO后,海外投资发展迅速,也面临着巨大的政治风险。防范政治风险,保护投资者利益和国家利益,需要制定和完善符合我国国情的海外投资保险法。China's overseas investment develops rapidly after its entry into WTO,but it also faces enormous political risk. In order to take precautions against the risk,protect the benefits of investors and the nation,we should make and improve overseas investment insurance law in accordance the actual situation of current China.
