摘　　要：目的 :探讨科研档案管理的作用极其重要性。方法 :加强制度化建设 ,提高科研档案管理人员素质 ,利用现代化技术手段 ,完善科研档案管理。结论 :按上述方法严格执行 ,可以起到加强科研档案管理 ,为临床科研工作提供优秀服务 ,促进科研档案的利用 。Objective: To study the importance and use of the management of scientific research archives. Methods: To improve the construction of institution on the management of scientific research archives , rise the disposition of the administrator and improve the management of scientific research archives by modern means. Conclusion: According to above-mentioned methods to do strictly, we can improve the management of scientific research archives , offer excellent serve for clinical scientific research , accelerate the usage of scientific research archives and bring it into full play a important role.
