摘  要:目的 :研究白念珠菌细胞外磷脂酶活力与其对氟康唑耐药性之间的关系。方法 :将对氟康唑敏感的白念珠菌培养在含氟康唑浓度逐渐增加的液体培养基中 ,实验诱导为氟康唑耐药株 ;采用卵黄平皿法测定氟康唑敏感的白念珠菌和氟康唑耐药的白念珠菌的细胞外磷脂酶活力。结果 :氟康唑敏感的白念珠菌生长在含氟康唑浓度逐渐增加的液体培养基中 ,被成功诱导为氟康唑耐药株 ;耐药株组的细胞外磷脂酶阳性检出率明显高于敏感株组 (P <0 .0 1) ,同时其活力也明显强于敏感株组 (P <0 .0 1)。结论Objective: To study the relationship between extracellular phospholipase activity and development of fluconazole-resistance in Candida albicans.Methods: Fluconazole-susceptible Candida albicans strains were cultured in liquid medium with increasing concentration of fluconazole, and experimentally induced into fluconazole-resistant strains;then the extracellular phospholipase activity of fluconazole-susceptible and fluconazole-resistant Candida albicans strains were assayed by egg-yolk-containing plate.Results:Fluconazole-susceptible Candida albicans strains growing in liquid medium with increasing concentration of fluconazole were successfully induced into fluconazole-resistant Candida albicans strains;the positive rate of extracellular phospholipase of fluconazole-resistant Candida albicans group is significantly higher than that of fluconazole-susceptible Candida albicans group( P <0.01),and the extracellular phospholipase activity of fluconazole-resistant Candida albicans group is significantly higher than that of fluconazole-susceptible Candida albicans group( P <0.01)Conclusion: The enhancement of extracellular phospholipase activity of Candida albicans is corresponded to the enhancement of fluconazole-resistance.
