摘 要:目的 :观察糖尿病大鼠血浆和肾组织中 ET的含量变化与 2 4 h尿微量白蛋白的关系 ,为早期诊治 DN提供理论依据。方法 :Wistar大鼠 ,体重 16 0~ 2 0 0 g,于造模后第 6、8、10、12、14周测定血浆和肾组织中的 ET和 2 4 h尿微量白蛋白。结果 :血浆和肾组织中的 ET在造模后第 6周无明显改变 ,从第 8周开始呈进行性增高 ,并与 2 4 h尿微量白蛋白呈正相关。结论 :动态观察血浆和肾组织中 ET的变化对于早期发现Objective: To provide theoretic basis for preventing early kidney injury , we observed the relationship between serum endothelin or kidney tissue endothelin in diabetic rats and the quantity of uric micro-albumin in 24h. Methods:In Wistar rats ,weight 160~200g ,we measured the serum endothelin or kidney tissue endothelin in diabetic rats and the quantity of uric micro-albumin in 24h at weeks 6,8,10,12 and 14 after their diabetic models were made. Results:Serum endothelin and kidney tissue endothelin in the rat models did not obviously alter at week 6, but they much increased at week 8 and were related to the quantity of uric micro-albumin in 24h. Conclusions: The alteration of serum endothelin and kidney tissue endothelin in diabetic rats are important on early discovering and analyzing DN diabetic nephropathy.
