摘　　要：描述了在软件企业CMMI评估系统开发中，使用UML这种面向系统并且支持系统开发全部过程的建模工具，完成了系统的分析与设计。并且给出了KP（Key Process）的量化标准，帮助企业有针对性地改进软件的开发过程。This paper describes the course of modeling and design of CMMI-based appraisal in software enterprise based on UML,which is an important tool of object-oriented system modeling and can be used in the whole system developing life cycle. And it is valuable for improving the process of software development pertinently that concluding the measure method of KP.
