摘　　要：电子税务要求税务部门将执行事务性工作的环境网络化、信息化，需要集成目前税务部门已存在的一些异质应用系统，面对这样的环境和需求，新的税务系统必须基于Web提供服务，能够跨平台运行、可重用、可扩展，同时要求能与现有系统协同工作。基于此需求文中给出了一种基于J2EE的税务系统框架和其实现。在该框架里采用XML和IIOP多种协议来进行数据交换，可方便地将现有异质系统集成进来。With the development of electronic tax, tax bureau requires new tax MIS can provide service based on Internet, and integrate with legacy systems which exists in tax bureau. Faced with the requirement, new generation tax MIS must be constructed based on Web, and can run on different platforms, be reusable and extendable. This paper presents a solution to the requirement, and gives a framework based on J2EE for tax MIS and its implementation. For the sake of integration of legacy systems, XML and IIOP are adopted to exchange data with legacy system in the architecture presented in the paper.
