广东亚热带地区汉族青年外鼻形态的测量研究

摘　　要：目的　了解广东亚热带地区汉族青年外鼻的形态 ,为鼻部整形手术提供有关参数。方法　对广东亚热带地区汉族 2 4 0名正常青年鼻翼宽、鼻小柱宽、鼻小柱高、鼻孔高、鼻孔宽、鼻高、鼻深、鼻长、鼻尖角、鼻面角、鼻额角、鼻唇角、鼻额角、鼻翼角、鼻小柱下点与两鼻翼下点连线的距离 15项进行测量 ,并作统计分析。结果广东亚热带地区汉族正常青年男女除鼻小柱宽差别无显著性 (P >0 0 5 )外 ,其余 14项差别有高度显著性 (P <0 0 1)。结论　亚热带地区汉族男性鼻外形较女性高耸 ,挺拔。女性外鼻较低平 ,园纯 ,缺乏立体感。所得参数对鼻整形美容手术及术后效果评价有参考价值。Objective To find out the anatomical form of the nose of the young people of Han nationality in subtropical zone of Guangdong in order to provide references in rhinoplasty.Methods Measurement was done to 240 Han people in subtropical zone Guangdong province.The measurement of 15 items covered the nasal breadth,breadth and height of nasal columella,nosetril breadth and height,nasal height,nasal depth,nasal length,nasorostral angle,nosofacial angle,nasal-chin angle,nasolabial angle,nosofrotal angle,alanasi angle,the distances between superior point of columella and alare, and analyze the data.Results The study show the anatomical form of the nose of the young people of Han nationality in subtropical zone Guangdong, there was no obviuous difference in breadth of nasal columella between the female and male (P>0.05),there was obvious difference in other 14 measurements (P<0.01).Conclusion The nose of the young man of Han nationality in subtropical zone Guangdong province is more forceful and higher than woman.All the measurement data are instructive for plastic operation.
