摘　　要：目的　了解市、县、乡三级医院护理人员生活质量差异。方法　采用生活质量综合评定问卷 (GQOLI- 74 )对湖南省常德市及所辖县、乡三级医院抽样调查各 10 0名护理人员生活质量。结果　各级医院护理人员在物质生活维度、躯体功能维度、心理功能及社会功能维度总的来说不同医院具有显著性或极其显著性。结论　各级护理管理部门应加强护士生活质量的维护 ,减轻护士工作和生活压力 ,以提高护士的健康水平 ,提高护理质量。Objective To investigate the life quality difference of nursing staff in the three grade hospital between city hospital, county hospital and country hospital.Methods 300 complex assessment questionnaires were used to evaluate the status of the life quality in different grade hospital of changde city. Results The Status of life quality of nursing staff in the three grade existed significant difference in the mental function, the physical function, the material function and the social function in the three different grade hospital (P<0.05). Conclusions It is necessary for the nursing management department to take action to improve the life quality of those in poor conditions.
