摘　　要：本文介绍了一种利用VC + +命令传递机制和切分窗口技术制作中小型数据库信息管理系统的框架的方法 。This article introduces one method based on vc++ technology including Command transfer mechanism and splitter window to develop frame about medium and Small scale datadase information management system,mainly focusing on the development of primary initial interface.
