摘 要:目的 :探讨在高原吸入液态氧对移居青年做功效率的影响。方法 :将进驻海拔 370 0m半年的 4 0名健康青年随机分为两组 ,每组 2 0人 ,一组为对照组 ,受试者用EGM型踏车功量计做坐位踏车运动。初始负荷功率 2 5W ,每 3min递增 5 0W ,以 6 0rpm min连续踏车直至力竭。另一组为实验组 ,在运动前 10min开始用面罩吸液态氧 ,每分钟吸入量为 4L ,在踏车运动中全程吸氧 ,踏车方式同对照组。用直线回归法计算每位受试者运动功率 90W时的心率 (HR90W)。结果 :吸氧组HR90W 为(117.2 0± 8.6 8)次 分 ,对照组HR90W 为 (12 4 .6 0± 7.0 1)次 分 ,差别有非常显著性意义 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 :吸液态氧能明显提高高原移居青年的做功效率。Objective:To explore effect of liquid oxygen inspiration on heart rate after inferior maximum exercise in young immigrants at high altitude.Methods:A total of 40 healthy young men, who exposed to 3 700m altitudes for 6 months, were divided randomly into the test group and the control group, 20 cases in each. The control group constantly pedaled the EGM efficiency bicycle (initial load 25W,increase 50W per 3 min to exhaustion at 60ppm/min). The test group bathed liquid oxygen (using face guard, 4L/min)before and during exercise, and the way of pedaling was as same as the control group. Using linear regression recorded and calculated the heart rate (HR) of each subject in exercise power 90W(HR 90W).Results: HR 90W was 117.20±8.68 in the test group and 124.60±7.01 in the control group, there was significant difference(P<0.01).Conclusion: Liquid oxygen inspiration advances significantly work-efficiency of young immigrants at high altitude.
