摘　　要：目的:对鲜红斑痣患者HMME-PDT治疗后的临床疗效进行分析并探讨其有关影响因素。方法:对238例鲜红斑痣患者共计296个红斑区给予HMME-PDTT治疗。观察治疗区术后反应并判定其疗效。结果:治疗后红斑区出现水肿、结痂和脱痂等光敏反应。治疗总有效率达100％,其中疗效达Ⅰ级者占8.8％(26/296),Ⅱ级者占36.5％(10/296),Ⅲ级者占48.0％(142/296),Ⅳ级者占6.8％(20/296)。粉红型患者Ⅰ级疗效率(26.3％)明显高于紫红型(8.8％)和增厚型(5.9％)。结论:HMME-PDT治疗鲜红斑痣效果明显,安全可靠。Objective To observe the responses and evaluate the effect of the treated area of Port Wine Stains patients following HMME - Photodynamic Therapy. Methods 238 patients with 296 lesions were treated by HMME -PDT. The treated skin responses were observed and the therapeutic effect was evaluated. Results Swelling and scabbing were usually observed within two weeks after treatment. Total effective rate is 100%, including 8.8% grade I, 36.5%grade, 48.0% grate II and 6.8% grade IV.The grade I effective rate of patients with pink lesions is significantly higher than those who with purple or proliferation lesions. Conclusion HMME-PDT is an effective and safe modality for port wine stain treatment.
