摘　　要：目的:探讨一种保留乳腺功能的乳头内陷治疗术式。方法:作乳头横切口,平行于乳腺导管将结缔组织与乳腺导管作钝性分离,在乳晕上作两个去表皮三角瓣插入乳腺导管间隙后缝合。结果:2000年1月-2002年7月,共收治12例,均为女性。随访6-24个月,乳头内陷均获矫正,术后乳房按摩有乳汁状分泌物溢出,证明乳腺导管通畅。结论:该术式既保留了乳腺导管功能,又能防止乳头内陷复发。Objective To evaluate a correction for nipple inversion while reservative the breast founction. Methods Traverse nipple incesion, parallel breast duet blunt separate the conjective tissue from duct. on the areola, contribut double deepithelialiged triangular flap, put these flaps intu breast duct spale and sutured. Results From January, 2000 to July, 2002. twelve femal cases reaeived the operation, follow-up six to twenty-four months, all nipple inversion have sutured, there are seetion out from nipple after operation by massage the breast, these proot the breast duct unobstrueted. Conclusion The correction can reservate the breast duct function and protective nipple inversion, but till now, we did not find breast-feed case after operation and need further follow-up.
