摘　　要：博弈论在农业用地制度领域中的研究 ,应用甚少。毋庸置疑 ,在农业用地制度创新中 ,用地制度信息是非常重要的 ,涉及土地所有制、土地使用制、土地的国家管理等诸多方面。从博弈的构成要素分析运作规范的中介机构问题有四个要素 ,即博弈双方、游戏规划、裁判、观众。博弈论在农业用地使用权转让费计量中的应用一般采用具体的计量模式或按市场规则进行转让。The research on game theory has been seldom applied to arable land system.In the course of innovation,the information of arable land system is most important,which is related to land ownership,land use system and land national management,etc.From the perspective of game theory,medium organization is generally supposed to have four components:participants,rules,arbitrator and audience.The application of game theory to the measurement of arable land transfer fee is usually implemented according to the specific measurement or market rules.
