广泛性焦虑症病人二重辨证施治的护理

摘　　要：[目的 ]探讨广泛性焦虑症病人二重辨证施治与护理的疗效。 [方法 ] 73例广泛性焦虑症病人按就诊顺序随机分成对照组和研究组 ,对照组 ( 3 7例 )采用心理治疗加药物治疗 ;研究组 ( 3 6例 )采用二重辨证方法 ,具体包括 :辨证式心理治疗、神经症功体疗、生活指导与训练、中药汤剂及饮食疗法。比较两组治疗效果。[结果 ]研究组病人痊愈率达10 0 .0 0 % ,对照组为 83 .78%。[结论 ]二重辨证施治配合恰当的护理技巧 。Objective: to probe into the curative effect of dual Biazhengshizhi and nursing care of extensive anxiety patients. Method: a total of 73 cases extensive anxiety patients were divided into both control group and control group randomly. 37 cases of control group were received psychological combined with medication therapy. Another 36 cases of test group were accepted dual Biazhengshizhi including psychological therapy of Bianzheng, neuro-gymnastics therapy, life instruction and training, Chinese herbal medicine decoction, and diet therapy. Result: cure rate of test group patients accounted for 100% and cure rate of control group patients just accounted for 83.78%. Conclusion: dual Biazhengshizhi combined with proper nursing care can accelerate the mental rehabilitation of patients with extensive anxiety.
