摘　　要：该文介绍了基于网络的分布式机群并行仿真软件平台SIMNOWs的基本情况及开发。由主服务器、节点机构成基于局域网络的分布式机群并行仿真平台体系结构。作为整个系统的核心 ,服务器端管理系统根据两个守护进程而设计出节点管理系统和作业管理系统 。This paper introduces a kind of distributed cluster parallel simulation platform software SIMNOWs. This network-based distributed cluster parallel simulation architecture consists of server and node computers. As the whole system's core, the manage system on the server has two systems for two guardianship process:Node Manage System and Job Manage System. And we use dynamic preemptive load balance to solve the load problem in the process of parallel.
