摘　　要：该文详细阐述了Matlab与Visual的优缺点 ,并提出两者集成应用的特点和意义 ,通过实例介绍在VC ++环境下如何实现Matlab与VisualC ++的混合编程及各自的适用性和优缺点 。The advantage and disadvantage of the Matlab and Visual C++ are discussed in this article. Then it puts forward the integration application of the two tools, its trait and significance. introduces how to realize mixed programming based on Matlab and Visual C++ at the Environment of VC++6.0,its applicability, its advantage and disadvantage. It brings forward the resolvent on how to develop program in Visual C++ divorced from Matlab environment.
