摘　　要：血细胞计数在现代临床检验工作中发挥着非常重要的作用。本文综述了血细胞计数领域内采用的各种技术,重点分析了电阻法和光散射法的主要原理和具体实现方法,对血细胞计数领域内存在的问题给予了相应的论述。探讨了该领域的发展方向:多种技术相结合的方法和显微图像法。Blood cell count plays an important role in modern clinical practice. This paper reviews the methods and techniques used in the field of blood cell count, and analyzes intensively the principles and implement methods of Coulter Principle and Laser Scatter Principle. The problems to be solved in this field and the latest advance are mentioned. The developing trend, to integrate multi-techniques and apply micrography, is also mentioned.
