摘　　要：本文分析了造成介入导管价格奇高 ,重复使用的根本原因 ,指出了由此产生的医疗风险。同时提出对医疗器械的选用和监管应考虑到我国的国情和患者的经济承受能力。This article analyzed the basic reasons of high price of endovascular device and reusing in therapy, and discussed the medical risk caused by this co ndition. At the same time, this article pointed out that the patient's economic condition should be taken into consideration when selecting the endovascular dev ice. Some suggestions were promoted in the paper.
