摘  要:目的 :探讨血清甘油三酯 (TG)、总胆固醇 (CHOL )的浓度和丙氨酸氨基转氨酶 (AL T)、γ-谷氨酰转移酶(GGT)、胆碱酯酶 (Ch E)的活性与脂肪肝的关系。方法 :检测 5 2例脂肪肝患者及 84例健康对照者血清 TG、CHOL、AL T、GGT、Ch E含量。结果 :脂肪肝组 5项生化指标结果均升高 ,其中 TG和 Ch E与对照组比较有高度显著性差异 (P<0 .0 1) ,并且异常例数所占分析比例最高 (TG升高 30例 ,占 5 7.7% ;Ch E升高 2 7例 ,占 5 1.9% ) ;CHOL、AL T、GGT与对照组比较差异有显著性 (P<0 .0 5 )。结论 :血清 Ch E等 5项生化指标的测定对脂肪肝的诊断有价值 ,其中血清 Ch E活性的测定对脂肪肝的早期诊断临床意义更为突出。Objective To explore the relationship of serum Choline Esterase(ChE),Triglycerides (TG), Cholesterol(Ch),Alanine Aminotrasferase(ALT) ,γ-Glutamyl Transpeptidase (γ-GT) etc. and fatty liver. Methods The concentrations of ChE,TG,Ch,ALT and γ-GT was detected in group of 52 patients with fatty liver and 84 healthy controls.Results Compared with the results of control group,the levels of above 5 biochemitry markers in patients with fatty liver was significantly higher.There were a significant difference of TG and ChE in patients with fatty liver and the controls (P<0.01),and the same as it did in Ch ,ALT and γ-GT (P<0.05).Conclusion The detection of serum ChE etc.5 items biochemistry indicaters was helpful to the diagnosis of fatty liver.In particularly,there are a significant value of serum ChE measurement in early diagnose fatty liver.
