摘  要:目的 :探讨多功能超高倍显微分析仪 (THMMDI- U P)直接检测线索细胞在细菌性阴道病 (bacterialvaginosis BV )诊断方面的临床价值。方法 :严格筛选 97例患者 ,用 THMMDI- UP和普通显微镜同时检测活体线索细胞 (clue cells)以及革兰氏 (G)染色后同时检测线索细胞。结果 :直接活体检测线索细胞阳性率 10 0 % ,G染色后同时检测线索细胞阳性率 6 8% ;两种仪器在检测线索细胞上无显著性差异 (P>0 .0 5 ) ,两种方法检测线索细胞阳性率相比存在显著性差异 (P<0 .0 0 1)。结论 :THMMDI- U P直接活体检测线索细胞可帮助临床诊断 BV,方法优于普通显微镜活体或 G染色检测线索细胞。Objective To explore the clinical value of THMMDI-UP in directly detecting the clue cell in bacterial vaginosis diagnosis. Method 97 patients were strictly chosen to detect the clue cells in vivo,by THMMDI-UP and ordinary microcope, meanwhile detect the clue cell under Gram staining by the two instrument. Results The positive rate of directly detecting the clue cell in vivo is 100 %;and the positive rate of detecting the clue cells under Gram staining is 68%. There is no obvious differences between the two machines in detecting the clue cell(P>0.05), but there is obvious differences between the two method (P<0.001). Conclusion Directly detecting the clue cells in vivo by THMMDI-UP, which could be good for the clinical diagnosis of BV, is better than by ordinary microcope in vivo or under Gram staining by the two instrument.
