摘　　要：目的:建立参茸鹿胎丸的含量测定方法。方法:采用HPLC法,以甲醇—水(55:45)为流动相,检测波长为274nm。结果:丹皮酚的平均加样回收率为98.6％,RSD为0.9％(n=5),线性范围为7.9～79μg/ml,r=0.9997。结论:建立的方法可供控制质量用。To establish the determination method of paeonol in shenronglutai pills with HPLC. Methods:The content of paeonol was determined by HPLC. with methanol-water(55:45) as a mobile phase,detection wavelength at 274nm. Results:These methods were simple,sensitive with strong specificity. The mean recovery of the added sample was 98. 6% for the paeonol. RSD was 0. 9%(n = 5),The linear range was 7.9-79μg/ml,r = 0. 9997. Conclusion:The methods can be used for the quality control of shenronglutai pills
