摘　　要：目的;建立补中益气丸的含量测定方法。方法:采用薄层扫描法测定其中黄芪甲苷的含量。结果:平均回收率为97.71％,RSD=3.08％(n=5)。结论:本法简便,结果准确,可用于该产品的质量控制。To establish a method for the determination of astragaloside IV in Buzhong yiqi Pills. Methods:The content was determined by TLC-scanner. Results:The mean recovery and RSD were 97.71% and 3.08% (n = 5) respectively. Conclusion: The method is simple and the result'is accurate,it can be used for the quality control of the products.
