摘  要:目的 建立高效液相色谱法测定复方克林霉素磷酸酯溶液中克林霉素磷酸酯含量和同时测定甲硝唑、水杨酸的含量。方法 克林霉素磷酸酯紫外检测波长为 2 10nm ,流动相为磷酸二氢钾—乙腈 ( 75∶2 5 ) ;甲硝唑、水杨酸的紫外检测波长为 2 90nm ,流动相为磷酸二氢钾—乙腈 ( 80∶2 0 )。结果 克林霉素磷酸酯、甲硝唑和水杨酸的平均回收率分别为 10 0 2 5 %、10 1 2 2 %、10 0 90 %,RSD分别为 2 3 4%、1 3 4%、1 0 4%。结论 本方法简单易行 ,快速准确 。Objective To determine the contents of clindamycin phosphate, metronidazole and salicylic acid in compound clindamycin phosphate solution by the high performance liguid chromatography (HPLC). Methods Clindamycin phosphate at 210 nm and metronidazole and salicylic acid at 290 nm were determined under the conditions of potassium dihydrogen phosphate solution and acetonitrile at the ratios of 75∶25 and 80∶20 as the mobile phases, respectively. Results The detected average recoveries of clindamycin phosphate, metronidazole and salicylic acid were 100 25%, 101 22% and 100 90%, respectively. The relative standard deviations (RSD) were 2 34%, 1 34% and 1 04%, respectively. Conclusion HPLC method for the determination of clindamycin phosphate, metronidazole and salicylic acid is rapid, convenient and accurate. This method can be used for the quality control of the compound clindamycin phosphate solution.
