摘　　要：目的 :为了解汉族青少年的体型发育状况。方法 :运用Heath Carter体型法研究了芜湖市区 7～ 2 0岁汉族青少年的体型。结果 :男性体型变化较大 ,1 2岁以前以偏内胚型的中胚型为主 ;1 3～ 1 6岁均衡的外胚型增多 ;1 7～ 2 0岁三胚中间型和偏内胚型的中胚型增多。女性体型变化较小 ,主要由三胚中间型和偏内胚型的中胚型向偏中胚型的内胚型过度。经检验 ,8岁以后男女性的平均体型具有明显差异。和国内外资料相比较 ,表明在不同民族、种族的体型间存在着一定差异。结论 :Heath Carter体型是反映体格特征的有效综合参数 ,对深入进行体质人类学研究有重要意义。青春期是形成健壮体型的关键时期。Objective: To investigate somatotype growth status of youths in Wahan urban districts.Methods: The Heath-Carter somatotyping method was used to study the somatotypes among 1 753 Han nationality youth in Wuhu urban districts, including 900 males and 853 females, aging 7-20 years.Results: It was found that male mean somatotypes varied greatly with growth. Most of individual somatotypes of males was the endomorphic mesomorph before 12 years old, and the balanced ectomorph was more from 13 to 16 year, and the central and endomorphic mesomorph was more in 17-20 year. For females, mean somatotypes changed slightly, shifting from central and endomorphic mesomorih to mesomorphic endomorph with growth. Comparison of males and females somatotype was significant in 8-20 year groups. It was showed that there were differences among different ethnic groups.Conclusion:The Hearth-Carter somatotype is an effective and synthetical parameter reflecting physique characteristic. It is important to make a thorough study of physical anthropology. Puberty is key period for establishing a strong somatotype.
