高频超声在足踝部软组织急慢性损伤中的应用

摘　　要：目的　探讨高频超声对足踝部软组织急慢性损伤的诊断价值。方法　应用高频超声检查跟腱撕裂 3 8例 ,急性踝扭伤 3 0例 ,足跟部疼痛 56例。结果　高频超声能清晰显示跟腱撕裂、胫后肌腱撕裂 ,并能作为观察跟腱愈合过程的影像学方法 ;实时超声可做为判断跟腱撕裂手术与否的客观指标 ;高频超声并能发现导致足跟部慢性疼痛的病因 ,如跖筋膜炎、异物等。Objective:To assess the value of high frequency ultrasound in assessment of soft-tissue trauma in ankle Methods:Thirty-eight cases with tear of the Achilles tendon,30 cases with acute strain of ankle and 56 cases of heel pain were examined with h igh frequency ultrasound Results:High frequency ultrasound could confirm full-or parti al-thickness tears of Achilles tendon and posterior tibial tendon,be a tool to observe healing process of Achilles tendon and find pathogenesis of heel pain,su ch as plantar fasciitis,tear of plantaris tendon and foreign bodies Conclusions:High frequency ultrasound may be the first choice to evaluate acute and chronic soft-tissue trauma in ankle
