锁定加压胫骨远端髓内钉治疗胫骨下段骨折(附13例报告)

摘　　要：目的探讨锁定加压髓内钉在胫骨下段骨折治疗中的应用。方法在电视透视下闭合复位、锁定加压髓内钉内固定术治疗胫骨下段骨折13例,其中闭合骨折8例,开放骨折5例。开放骨折按Gustilo分类,Ⅰ型2例,Ⅱ型2例,ⅢA型1例。结果13例均获随访,随访时间8～24个月(平均14个月)。疗效评定采用Johner-Wruh评分标准:优10例,良2例,可1例。无1例感染,无断钉和骨不连。结论对于胫骨下段骨折的治疗,锁定加压髓内钉是一个较好的选择。Objective To explore the clinical application of Interlockin g Compression Nailing System(IC Nailing System)in treatment of tibial fracture s at the lower segment. Methods After closed reduction, 13 cases of tibial fract ures at the lower segment were treated with IC Nailing System under X-ray. Amon g them, 8 were closed fractures and 5 open fractures. Of the open fractures, 2 c ases were typeⅠ, 2 cases typeⅡ and 1 case type Ⅲ. Results All the 13 cases w ere followed up for 8 to 24 months (averaging 14 months), and were evaluated ac cording to the criteria of Johner and Wruh. The results were excellent in 10, go od in 2 and fair in 1. There was no infection, broken nail or non-union. Conclu sion IC Nailing System is one of better choices for the treatment of tibial fra cture at the lower segment.
