糖尿病鼠肾脏表皮生长因子与Ⅳ型胶原的异常及芦沙坦的干预治疗

摘　　要：目的　了解血管紧张素Ⅱ受体拮抗剂芦沙坦对糖尿病大鼠肾功能及肾内表皮生长因子 (EGF)表达的影响。方法　观察芦沙坦治疗后 4周肾功能结构及EGF免疫组化染色的变化。结果　糖尿病肾病 (DN)鼠肾小球滤过率 (GFR)、血肌酐 (Cr)及尿白蛋白 (MA)、EGF均明显高于对照组 ,肾小球基质增多 ,EGF表达增强。芦沙坦治疗后上述指标均改善。结论　芦沙坦对糖尿病大鼠肾结构、功能均有调节作用 ,并抑制EGF在肾组织内表达。Objective To understand the effect of Losartan on the renal function and the expressions of EGF in rats with diabetes.Method Diabetic rats were treated with Losartan for four weeks,and the renal function and construction and the expressions of EGF were observed.Results In untreated diabetic rats,the blood glucose,the GFR,Cr,urinary Microalbumim(MA) and EGF excretion were significantly increased.Losartan administration did not cause any change in blood glucose,but made markedly decreased in the GFR,Cr,MA and EGF,and the expression of EGF.Conclusion Losartan can improve the renal hemodynamics,attenuate the expressions of EGF,reduce the urinary protein and protect the renal function.
