摘　　要：目的　开发利用云南民族药材鹿心雪茶。方法　用 80 %乙醇回流提取 ,反复硅胶柱色谱分离 ,理化性质和光谱解析鉴定化合物结构。结果　从鹿心雪茶乙醇提取物中 ,分离并鉴定了 2个化合物 ,分别为 3-醛基 - 6 -甲基 - 2 ,4 -二羟基苯甲酸乙酯 ( )和 4 -甲基 - 2 ,6 -二羟基苯甲醛 ( )。结论　两者均为首次分得的新化合物。Object To develop and utilize a folk-medicine of Yunnan Province, Lethariella cladonioides (Nyl.) Krog. Methods The constituents were extracted with 80% ethanol and isolated with silica gel column chromatography. The structures were identified by physicochemical properties and spectral analysis. Results Two unknown constituents were elucidated from the extract as 3-aldehyde-6-methyl-2, 4-dihydroxy-ethyl-benzoate (Ⅰ), and 4-methyl-2, 6-dihydroxy-benzaldehyde (Ⅱ). Conclusion They are both new constituents obtained firstly.
