摘　　要：目的　观察成年大鼠前脑室下带 (SVZ)区域在短暂性局灶性脑缺血后碱性成纤维细胞生长因子(bFGF)的表达规律。方法　用线栓法制作局灶性脑缺血模型 ,免疫组织化学方法检测SVZ区域bFGF的表达。结果　缺血后 12h ,bFGF表达开始增加 ,2 4h达到峰值 ,随后下降 ,并持续高水平表达 ,于 14d降至正常水平。结论　短暂性局灶性脑缺血后bFGF呈规律性过表达 。Objective To observe the expression of basic fibroblast growth factor (bFGF) in subventricular zone (SVZ). Method Using middle cerebral artery occlusion (MCAO) to make focal cerebral ischemia model, using immunohistochemistry method to detect the expression of bFGF. Results The expression of bFGF started to increase 12 h after MCAO and reach a peak at 24 h after MCAO, then decreased a little and kept on higher level for a period until it reached normal level 14 dags after MCAO. Conclusion The overexpression of bFGF in subventricular zone after transienr cerebral ischemia may be a beneficial response of cells to the ischemic injury.
