摘  要:目的 探讨不同条件下一氧化氮合酶 (nitricoxidesynthase ,NOS)阳性神经元在脊髓中央管周围灰质的分布及数量变化 ,分析脊髓中央管周围灰质与针刺镇痛的关系。方法 应用NADPH d法 ,观察在正常情况下、疼痛刺激下、电针刺激下、疼痛加电针刺激下NOS阳性神经元在脊髓中央管周围灰质的表达。结果 正常情况下 ,脊髓中央管周围灰质有少量NOS阳性细胞 ;疼痛刺激后 ,NOS阳性细胞数目增多 (P <0 .0 1) ;单纯电针刺激下 ,NOS阳性细胞较正常组无明显变化 (P >0 .0 5 ) ;疼痛刺激加电针刺激后 ,NOS阳性细胞数较疼痛刺激组明显减少 (P <0 .0 1) ,而与正常组相比无明显变化 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论 抑制疼痛刺激引起的NOS阳性细胞数目增多 。Objective To study the change of NOS-positive neurons in the gray matter around the central canal in the spinal cord in different conditions and analyze the relationship between NO and antinociception produced by electro-acupuncture. Methods Using the method of NADPH-d, we observed NOS-positive neurons in the gray matter around the central canal of the spinal cord when animal is normal, pain stimulated, electroacupuncture stimulated, or pain and electroacupuncture stimulated. Results There are a few NOS-positive neurons in the gray matter around the central canal in the spinal cord in normal condition; after pain stimulation, the number of the neurons increased greatly compared with normal control (P<0.01). After electroacupuncture stimulation, the number of NOS-positive neurons did not change (P>0.05) compared with normal group. After pain and electroacupuncture stimulation, the number of NOS-positive neurons did not change compare with normal group (P>0.05); however,compared with pain stimulated group, the number of NOS-positive neurons decreased significantly (P<0.01). Conclusion Inhibition of the increase of NOS-positive neurons by pain stimulation maybe one of the mechanisms for the antinociception of electroacupuncture.
