摘  要:目的 探讨胎儿脐血清β_2-微球蛋白(β_2-m)对胎儿肾功能的评估价值。方法 用放射免疫法分别检测13例产前B超诊断为泌尿系畸形胎儿及34例经产前诊断正常胎儿的脐血清中β_2-m含量。结果 正常对照组胎儿血清β_2-m为(4.21±0.61)mg/L,泌尿系畸形胎儿血清β_2-m为(6.27±3.26)mg/L,两组β_2-m水平差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论 妊娠18~40周正常胎儿血清β_2-m水平不随孕周变化;泌尿系畸形胎儿血清β_2-m升高预示肾小球滤过率降低,有望成为评估胎儿肾功能的一项指标。Objective To investigate the value of umbilical serum β2-microglobulin(β2-m) in evaluation of fetal renal function. Methods Cordocentesis was performed on 13 fetuses with congenital urological deformities and 34 normal fetuses without evidences of urological deformities. Umbidical serum β2-m was measured by radioimmunoassay. Results The value of umbilical serum β2-m was(6. 27±3. 26) mg/L in congenital urological deformities, which was significantly higher than that in normal control group [ (4. 21 ±0.61) mg/L, P < 0. 05 ] . Conclusions The value of fetal umbilical serum β2-m does not change significantly during 18-40 gestation age. Increased value of serum β2-m in the fetuses with urological deformities indicates a reducing glomerular filtration rate, and may be used as an index of renal function.
