云芝糖肽和灵芝抗小鼠弓形虫感染的实验观察

摘　　要：目的　观察云芝糖肽 (cvp)、灵芝 (gl)抗小鼠弓形虫感染的作用。 方法　用 5× 10 2 量的Fukaya株弓形虫速殖子感染 6～ 8周龄昆明种小鼠 (♀ ) ,cvp连续口服 10d ,gl口服 10d或 30d ,螺旋霉素口服单用、与cvp或 gl合用 ,观察小鼠存活时间及脑组织中包囊数。结果　感染弓形虫的小鼠 ,单服用cvp或 gl后 ,平均存活时间分别为 2 1 78～ 2 4 0 0d和 2 1 0 0～2 4 91d ,螺旋霉素组为 36 0 8d。当cvp加螺旋霉素 ,或 gl加螺旋霉素 ,小鼠平均存活时间分别为 4 6 2 0d和 5 6 4 0d ,与对照组16 2 7d相比具有显著性差异 (P <0 0 1)。结论　cvp或 gl与螺旋霉素合用 ,具有潜在的抗弓形虫感染的效果。Aim To study the effect of Coriolus versicolor polysaccharopeptide(cvp) and Ganoderna lucidum(gl) against T gondii infection in mice Method 6～8 week old female mice were infected by i p with 500 tachyzoites of Fukaya strain These mice were treated with either cvp,gl or spiramycin,the survival time was observed and the number of brain cyst was obtained Results The mice infected with the tachyzoites were treated by cvp or gl,the survinal time was 21 78 ～24 00 days and 21 00～24 91 days,respectively When the animals were treated by spiramycin or spiramycin combining with cvp or gl,the average survival time was 36 08,46 20 and 56 40 days,respectively Which was significantly longer than that of the control mice(only 16 27 days,P<0 01) Conclusion Spiramycin combining with cvp or gl has a potential useful value against T gondii infection
