摘  要:目的 观察小鼠白细胞及免疫血清协同作用对卫氏并殖吸虫童虫的超微结构以及活力与侵袭力的影响。方法 将小鼠白细胞、免疫血清及卫氏并殖吸虫童虫在体外培养进行抗体依赖细胞介导的细胞毒性 (ADCC)试验 ;分别在倒置显微镜和扫描电镜下观察童虫的活性或超微结构 ,并通过再感染实验检测经ADCC试验后的童虫对新宿主的侵袭能力。结果 卫氏并殖吸虫童虫与小鼠白细胞及免疫血清共同培养后 ,虫体表面出现肿胀、水泡、破损 ,体棘消失、感觉乳突变形或消失等改变 ,但活力与侵袭新宿主的能力不变。结论 小鼠白细胞在免疫血清协同作用下对卫氏并殖吸虫童虫有一定程度的损伤 ,损伤的部位主要在皮层 ,但不影响其活力及侵袭力。Aim To test the Antibody dependent cell mediated cytotoxicity(ADCC)on juveniles of Paragonimus westermani(Pw)in vitro Methods The white blood cell(WBC)in peripheral blood and homologous immune serum from mice infected with metacercariae of Pw were used in the test The vitalities and the ultrastructural damages of juveniles of Pw caused by ADCC were observed under microscopy and scanning electron microscopy respectively To evaluate their invasiveness to new host the recovery rate of Pw juveniles in mice were examined after re infection Results After incubation with the WBC and immune serum,the vitalities and invasiveness to new host have no significant changes but the surface of juveniles became eroded and swollen,spines disappeared,sensory pappilae disappeared or deformed Conclusion The present results suggested that in the presence of immune serum the WBC could damage the tegument of juveniles of Pw by ADCC,but the cytotoxicity had no affections on their vitalities and invasiveness
