A型肉毒毒素治疗面颈部皱纹500例应用

摘　　要：目的:观察A型肉毒毒素(BTXA)治疗面颈部皱纹的临床效果。方法:对500例病人注射BTXA到面颈部相关的肌肉以控制其活动,减轻和消除面颈部皱纹。用1-2ml生理盐水稀释55单位BTXA,并根据不同患者调整剂量和浓度。结果:临床有效率达100％,患者满意率92.4％,肌肉麻痹的效果持续4-6个月不等,除7例出现短暂上睑下垂,无局部或全身副作用。结论:局部注射BTXA是暂时性消除面颈部动力性皱纹的安全、有效、简便的方法。Objective: To investigate the effects of botulinum toxin type A(BTXA) for wrinkles in face and neck . Methods: For treatment of wrinkling in the face and neck caused by actions of facial muscles, we injected BTXA into facial muscles. 500 patients were injected with BTXA. Dilution was obtained by adding 1 -2ml normal saline to 55 IU of BTXA. The dose used varied according to individial patient. Results: The clinical effective rate of the method was 100%, the satisfactory rate of subjects was 92.4%, The paralysis obtained in the muscles was effective lasting for 4-6 months. Neither local nor general adverse effects were noted, except ptosis in 7 patients. Conclusion: BTXA is a safe, easy-to-use .effective modality for the temporary elimination of wrinkles in face and neck.
