医用生物蛋白胶在皮肤移植术中的应用

摘　　要：目的:研究医用生物蛋白胶在皮肤移植术中的应用前景。方法:对7例双手瘢痕的患者行左右手对照实验,比较两者止血时间及皮片成活率,并观察18例其他部位瘢痕切除合并使用医用生物蛋白胶后皮片的成活情况。结果:7例手部皮片成活良好,使用医用生物蛋白胶组手术时间明显缩短;其他部位中17例皮片基本完全成活,1例有2cm×3cm的皮片坏死,经补充植皮后出院。结论:医用生物蛋白胶有良好的止血作用,只要使用合适,在皮肤移植术中也有较大的使用价值。Objective: To study the prospective application of fibrin glue in skin graft. Methods: Fibrin glue was used in 7 cases of hand scar revision. Hemostasis time and the graft taken rate were compared to contralateral hand scar revision procedure. The graft taken rate of other part of the body was also investigated while with or without fibrin glue. Results: In 7 cases of hand scar revision, the skin grafts were totally taken, and the healing time of fibrin glue group was significantly shorter than control group. While using fibrin glue at other part of the body, in 17 cases, the skin grafts were taken completely, only 1 case existed 2cmx3cm graft necrosis and healed after secondary skin graft. Conclusion: Fibrin glue has excellent hemostatic effect and is suitable to use in skin graft procedure.
