摘　　要：目的 :研究海星活性物质C0 3对实验性房颤的作用。方法 :电刺激、乌头碱 (Aco)、乙酰胆碱 (Ach)导致房颤。结果 :C0 3可提高电刺激所致猫房颤阈 ,改善乌头碱和乙酰胆碱所致的狗的房颤。结论 :C0Objective To study the effects of modified starfish steroid (C03) on experimental atrial fibrillation. Methods Atrial fibrillations were induced by electric stimulation, aconitine and acetylcholine. Results C03 could raise the atrial fibrillation threshold (AFT) induced by electric stimulation in cats and shorten the improving time and recovering time of atrial arrhythmia induced by aconitine and acetylcholine in dogs. Conclusion C03 produced a protective effect against experimental atrial fibrillation.
