南海海绵Spheciospongia vagabunda化学成分的研究(Ⅰ)

摘　　要：从中国南海海绵Spheciospongiavagabunda中分离出 4个化合物 ,应用1H NMR ,13C NMR ,IR ,MS等光谱分析技术对它们的结构进行了鉴定 ,确定它们为 :胆甾醇 (Ⅰ )、2 4 (s) 豆甾 5 烯 3β 醇 (Ⅱ )、对羟基苯甲醛 (Ⅲ )、邻苯二甲酸二丁酯 (Ⅳ )。Four organic compounds were isolated from the marine sponge Spheciospongia vagabunda collected from the South China Sea. Their chemical structures were identified by 1 H NMR, 13 C NMR, IR and MS as cholesterol(Ⅰ); (24s) stigmast 5 en 3 ol(Ⅱ); 4 hydroxybenzaldehyde(Ⅲ); dibutylphthalate(Ⅳ). It is the first report about chemical study of the marine sponge Spheciospongia vagabunda from the South China Sea.
