摘　　要：2003年3月31日,国家安全生产监督管理局以安监管技装字[2003]37号文,发出通知。通知说,“根据《中华人民共和国安全生产法》有关规定,为规范安全评价行为,确保安全评价的科学性、公正性和严肃性。国家安全生产监督管理局(国家煤矿安全监察局)编制了《安全评价通则》,现印发给你们,请遵照执行。In accordance with the relevant regulations of the Work Safety Law of PRC, the State Administration of Work Safety (State Administration of Coal Mine Safety) has formulated the Genera/ Rules on Safety Evaluation and issued on March 31 2003, in order to standardize the safety evaluation method and ensure that it is carried out in a scientific, fair and serious manner
