摘  要:眼下,美国重兵云集波斯湾,中东局势骤然紧张,国际原油运输市场草木皆兵.而60%进口石油来自中东地区的中国,石油运输将面临一场严峻的考验.因此,有人置疑,今年每天约70多万桶的进口石油能否安全到达中国港口?谁在主宰中国的石油运输市场?我们的石油战略储备没做好,油运这一个环节也做不好吗?"威望号"悲剧会不会在中国沿海上演?这一连串的问题,让人忐忑不安,因为石油问题是国人心头难言的痛.For the time being, the U.S. military is thronging into Persian Gulf and the situation in the mid-east region is suddenly in tension, the international crude oil transportation market seems on swords. China whose 60% imported oil is from mid-east region really face severe test in the oil transportation market. Whether daily over 700,000 barrels of imported oil can safely arrive at Chinese ports or not? Who is dictating China's oil transportation market? We did not do a good job in oil reserves, how about oil transportation? Will 'Prestige' Tragedy Play on China's coasts? All these questions are troubling people as the oil issue is such a chronical pain.
