摘　　要：对上海城市轨道交通发展的状况进行了比较分析 ,认为其处于超常规发展阶段 ,并由此认为需从思想、资金、体制、安全、技术和人才六个方面加以考虑 ,建立相关保障体系。With an analysis of the super-conventional development of urban rail transit system in Shanghai,the authors argue that a corresponding assurance system consisting of six aspects,such as innovation,funds,mechanism,safety,technology and human resource shall be built up.
