有无外风筒时轴流通风机内部流场PIV实验比较

摘　　要：对某轴流通风机进行了有无外风筒的 (开式 )PIV实验。实验中观测并捕捉到了无外风筒时轴流通风机内的叶尖涡。而在有外风筒情况下 ,气体从轴向进入且流动平稳 ,两种情况流动差别较大。为认识轴流通风机内流机制提供了实验依据。PIV experiment is carried out on certain axial fan with and without external duct. The blade tip eddy in axial fan without external duct is observed and caught during experiment. Under the circumstances with external duct, gas axially goes into and flows steady, the flow difference under the two circumstances is greater. The basis of experiment is proved for understanding inner flow machanism of axial fan.
