摘　　要：介绍了一种平衡测试系统 ,此系统利用电路对振动信号的数据进行采集和数据流处理控制 ,用PCI口输入计算机 ,采用VC + +语言编写计算处理程序 ,详细介绍了基于影响系数分离法平衡风机电测系统的原理及其实现方法。该系统操作方便、精度高、成本低。A balance testing system is introduced. The system using circuit to collecting data of vibrating signal and data processing control, input computer with PCI interface, programing calculating processing programm by using VC++ language, the principle and its realizing method of balancing electric testing system of fan based on effective factor is introduced in detail. The system is easy to operate, with high precision and low cost.
