摘  要:在舰用配电装置方面 ,我国虽然已研制出了抗冲击、振动的舰用塑壳式空气断路器 ,但配电装置内的很多其它器件 (如按钮、指示灯、仪表、继电器等 )并不能完全满足舰用抗冲击、振动的要求。一些国外海军采用整体减振的措施 ,使选用一般船用元器件的配电装置能够达到舰用抗冲击、振动的要求 ,并取得较好的效果。如何使配电装置通过整体减振的途径来满足舰用抗冲击、振动的要求 ,一直是舰船电气设计人员关心的问题。本文通过一系列分析计算和试验验证 。Though China have developed plastic anti shock anti vibration air circuit breaker for electric power distribution for naval ships, many parts of this device such as press button, indicating lamp, meter, relay ect. are still unable to meet the shock and vibration requirement for the naval ships. Some navies adopt overall shock damping method, which make the distribution device composed of conventional components able to fulfill the shock and vibration requirement for the naval ships. In this case, it remains a question of commen concern of the electric designers how to fulfill the naval shock and vibration requirement by adopting overall shock damping method. This paper discusses the anti shock performance of the distribution device based on overall shock damping method though series analysis, calculation, testing and demonstration.
