摘　　要：目的　探讨病毒性心肌炎患儿不同阶段T淋巴细胞免疫功能状况 ,为估计病情和治疗提供依据。方法　对病毒性心肌炎患儿 (n =2 0 )和健康查体儿 (n =13)采用改良碱性磷酸酶—抗碱性磷酸酶 (APAAP)法对照检测外周血T淋巴细胞亚群 (CD3+ ,CD4+ ,CD8+ ,CD4+ CD8+ )含量。结果　病毒性心肌炎患儿急性期CD4+ ,CD8+ 细胞百分率及CD4+ CD8+ 比值降低 ,与对照组比较差异有意义 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;恢复期CD4+ ,CD8+ ,CD4+ CD8+比值升高 ,与对照组比较差异无明显性 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论　病毒性心肌炎急性期T淋巴细胞亚群表达及比例失调 ,细胞免疫功能紊乱。Objective To explore T-lymphocyte subsets function in different phases of viral myocarditis,and in order to evaluate the prognosis of the disease.Methods Chose 20 children with viral myocarditis and 13 children with health,examined T lymphocyte subsets of peripheral blood(CD 3 +,CD 4 +,CD 8 +,CD 4 +/CD 8 +)by using improved alkaline phosphatase-antialkaline phosphatase(APAAP)method.Results In acute phase of viral myocarditis,the CD 4 +,CD 8 + and the ratio of CD 4 +/CD 8 + obviously decreased.There was significant difference comparing with normal control group(P<0.05).While in recovering phase,there was no significant difference comparing with normal control group(P>0.05).Conclusion In acute phase of viral myocarditis,the expression and distribution of T-lymphocyte subsete were abnormal, and the cellular immune function was disturbance.
