摘 要:测量了Sr2 RuO4 正常态和超导转变温度附近 (T =1.5K ,4 .0K ,6K)c方向的磁阻 ,通过对正常态磁阻分析获得了Sr2 RuO4 在温度 4K和 6K下的平均自由程 .通过超导涨落分析获得了Sr2 RuO4 的超导特性参数 ξab(0 )和 ξc(0 )We report a detailed study of the c-axis magnetoresistance near superconducting transition temperature in Sr-2RuO-4, the layered perovskite superconductor which does not contain copper. By the analysis of the normal state magnetoresistance we have obtained the in-plane mean free path. A large positive magnetoresistance near T-c has been observed, which is originated from superconducting fluctuations. The fluctuation-enhanced magnetoconductivity very close to T-c shows well agreement with Aslamasov-Larkin(AL) prediction for a 2-D superconductor, and the coherence lengths of Sr-2RuO-4 have been deduced from fluctuation magnetoresistance analysis at 1.5K.
